as that's when the o2's become fully functioning. Your car will almost ALWAYS start when bone cold, even with bunk o2 sensors.
Only time a Z of mine wouldn't start was when an old NA hit 188k and the o2 sensor completely died!!!

They are a wear item, depends on exhaust temp, fuel used etc
